Island Elegance: Beyond the Faraglioni

Capri is the ultimate symbol of Italian glamour. As a Capri wedding photographer, my mission is to capture the island's unique atmosphere: a blend of rugged limestone cliffs, turquoise waters, and a high-fashion lifestyle. Getting married in Capri is not just a ceremony; it is a statement of style.

While many couples arrive from the nearby shores of Positano or use the historic Sorrento as their gateway, the island offers a distinct, more secluded luxury. My editorial style thrives here, utilizing the iconic Piazzetta, the dramatic Gardens of Augustus, and the wild beauty of Anacapri.

Whether you are planning a grand black-tie affair or a private elopement overlooking the Faraglioni, my goal is to deliver a gallery that feels like a spread in a fashion magazine—timeless, poetic, and undeniably chic. Every corner of this island, from the blue grottoes to the silent villas of Anacapri, is a canvas for your love story.

Unrivaled Wedding Venues in Capri & Anacapri

Villa Lysis

The sanctuary of art and freedom. Perfect for intimate ceremonies and editorial shoots, its neoclassical architecture offers a unique, sophisticated backdrop for luxury stories.

Caesar Augustus (Anacapri)

A hotel that feels suspended between the sky and the sea. Its infinity terrace provides one of the most iconic views in the world for a luxury reception and high-end portraits.

La Fontelina

The epitome of Capri's beach club lifestyle. Ideal for a glamorous rehearsal dinner or a seaside ceremony directly facing the Faraglioni rocks for a true Italian feel.

Villa San Michele

Built on the ruins of a Roman villa, it offers ethereal gardens and a long pergola that creates a magical, timeless atmosphere for poetic wedding photography.

The Capri Experience: Light, Sea, and Stone

Photography in Capri requires an intimate knowledge of the island’s topography and its ever-changing light. The island’s cliffs create dramatic shadows that, when captured correctly, add an editorial depth to your gallery. As your photographer, I prioritize the use of natural light to enhance the organic beauty of the limestone and the deep blue of the Tyrrhenian Sea.

We often begin our sessions in the early morning at Anacapri to avoid the crowds, moving towards the Piazzetta and the southern coast for sunset boat sessions. Capri is a place of contrast: from the vibrant energy of the boutiques to the silent, white-washed paths of the upper island. My job is to weave these elements together into a visual narrative that reflects your unique bond.

Every destination wedding on this island is a unique challenge. From managing the logistics of the funicular to finding the perfect terrace that hasn't been seen a thousand times before on social media, my role is to provide a curated, exclusive experience that results in timeless memories.

Capri Wedding FAQ

Not at all. I am based within reach of the coast and regularly travel to Capri via private boat or ferry. I handle all logistics and timing to ensure I am there for every key moment.

Anacapri is generally quieter and offers more expansive, high-altitude views. Capri town is better for those who want to be in the center of the glamour and the iconic vertical architecture.

It is one of my most recommended sessions. A private 'Gozzo' boat tour around the Faraglioni at sunset provides some of the most editorial and cinematic images possible on the coast.
